USPS Postage Decrease and Changes Effective April 10, 2016

On April 10th, 2016, the U.S. Postal Service will implement a postage rate decrease for First-Class Mail and Media Mail.

First-Class Letters, Postcards, and Flats
The following table shows the decrease in price when compared to the previous postage rates for First-Class Mail.

The cost to send a one ounce First-Class letter or postcard to an international destination will decrease five cents, to $1.15 from $1.20. The overall price decrease for First-Class International Letters will be 3.87%

First Class International Large Envelopes & Flats

The cost to send a one ounce First-Class International Large Envelopes & Flats will decrease nine cents, to $2.29 from $2.38. The overall price decrease for First-Class International Large Envelopes will be 3.79%
